2. Website hosting
Our hosting provider is Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.
When you visit this website, connection data needed to deliver the page is transmitted to the hosting service, including your IP address and the requested resource. This processing serves to deliver the website reliably and protect it from misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website. Technical data is retained only as long as needed for these purposes or to meet applicable legal obligations.
For details about the provider, see Hetzner’s privacy information.
The private preview on chatgpt.site is provided through OpenAI Sites and is not hosted by Hetzner. This hosting description applies to the public website.
3. Analytics, cookies and external content
The public website does not use cookies or advertising trackers. We use Rybbit for website analytics, with the script and analytics requests served through rybbit.reamote.com. Images, fonts and styles are served locally. No external fonts, videos or social media widgets are embedded.
Rybbit helps us understand visits and improve the website. Analytics can include pages visited, referring websites, visit duration, browser and device information, and approximate location derived from connection data. Your browser connects to rybbit.reamote.com to load the script and send analytics events; this necessarily transmits your IP address to that server. Rybbit is designed to work without cookies. For information about the software, see Rybbit’s privacy information. For questions about analytics on this website, contact hey@reamote.com.
4. Contacting us
You can contact us at hey@reamote.com. If you contact us by email, we process your email address, message and any information you voluntarily provide to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries), or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries. Data is deleted once the enquiry has been resolved, unless statutory retention obligations require us to keep it.
5. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. To exercise your rights, use the contact details above.
